
The Senior Production Manager coordinates and manages activities of production workers. To assist in managing the daily
production operations and ensure safety guidelines and Company standards are enforces at all times. This position
ensures that that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing
workflows.
Manage and oversee daily production activities within the WSD (Water, Sanitation, and Drainage) operations to ensure efficient and effective output.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
Develop and implement production schedules and plans that align with project timelines and operational goals.
Ensure all production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency and meet project demands.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the production team.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, generate regular reports, and provide updates to senior management on operational performance.
Manage production budgets, track expenses, and ensure operations stay within financial constraints.
Work closely with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
Advanced skills in strategic planning, devising long-term production strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
Excel in managing resources efficiently, including human resources, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization to meet production targets while minimizing costs.
Adept at implementing quality control measures, they oversee production processes to maintain high standards of product quality, adhering to regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating production teams to achieve peak performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Equipped with analytical prowess, they tackle production challenges swiftly, making informed decisions under pressure to resolve issues and mitigate risks, thereby ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
