Introduction
Our client, a leading TPA, is seeking an experienced workers' compensation adjuster familiar with the intricacies of claims handling in Colorado. They are dedicated to supporting their clients in navigating complexity, driving recovery, and delivering outcomes that make a meaningful difference.   • Location: Fully remote (within the United States)

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze claim exposure and determine appropriate strategies to effectively manage and resolve claims
  • Communicate with claimants, clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy throughout the claims process
  • Handle claims in accordance with client expectations, internal best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication on all claim activity

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims, including lost time/indemnity and litigated files
  • Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to drive claims toward resolution
  • Partner with clients to enhance claims strategies and outcomes
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience
  • Experience handling lost time/indemnity claims and litigation
  • Colorado workers’ compensation experience required
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and claims practices
  • Proficiency with claims management systems and standard business software

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
