About the Role

As a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst, you will deliver advanced HR reporting and analytics solutions within the Workforce Intelligence reporting framework. You will design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards that enable consistent, high‑quality workforce insights and reduce reliance on ad‑hoc reporting.

You will operate as a senior individual contributor, solving complex reporting and data challenges independently while working within established data governance standards and reporting strategy defined by Workforce Intelligence leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports and Discovery Boards aligned to approved workforce metrics and definitions.
  • Perfoalrm advanced workforce data anysis to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers, supporting operational and analytical use cases.
  • Translate defined reporting requirements into scalable and maintainable Workday reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting logic and data quality issues independently.
  • Support reporting standardization initiatives, including consolidation and deprecation of redundant or low‑value reports.
  • Prepare governed data outputs and analysis to support cross‑functional needs (e.g., Finance, ESG, audits), under established guidelines.
  • Document report logic, definitions, and usage guidance to support transparency and self‑service adoption.
  • Provide advanced support to HR reporting consumers and contribute to enablement materials and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with peers, contractors, and vendors to deliver reporting outputs efficiently and consistently.
  • Ensure all reporting solutions comply with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Workday reporting, including calculated fields and complex report logic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and explain findings clearly.
  • Experience building dashboards and visual reporting solutions for HR audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to prepare analysis for presentation and downstream use.
  • Independently solves complex reporting problems using structured analytical thinking.
  • Applies judgment when balancing accuracy, scalability, and delivery timelines.
  • Works effectively with incomplete or ambiguous inputs within defined boundaries.
  • Communicates complex data concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Works constructively within a broader reporting and governance operating model.
  • Knows when to escalate ambiguity, risk, or scope conflicts.
  • Demonstrates strong respect for data confidentiality and proportionality.
  • Adheres to defined data governance standards and reporting practices.
