We are seeking a hands-on Senior Workday HCM Consultant to lead the
design, configuration, and optimization of complex HR business processes. This role
requires a technical-functional expert capable of leveraging advanced Workday features to
build scalable, compliant solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Configuration: Lead end-to-end configuration for Core HCM, including
Staffing, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Organizational Modeling: Utilize Org Studio to design and maintain complex
organizational structures and modeling scenarios.
• Process Engineering: Design dynamic, condition-based Business Process (BP)
frameworks, including advanced Onboarding configurations and E-Verify
compliance.
• Logic & Reporting: Build sophisticated Calculated Fields (logic, aggregates, text
manipulation) to drive reporting, security architecture, and custom notification
templates.
• Strategic Optimization: Translate complex HR requirements into functional
specifications, ensuring system scalability and ongoing optimization.
Key Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years of functional HRIS experience, specifically focused on
Workday HCM.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in the Workday Business Process
Framework, Security Groups, and Calculated Fields.
• Reporting: Advanced capability in Workday Report Writer (Matrix, Composite, and
Trending reports).
• Onboarding: Proven experience with end-to-end Onboarding setup and
compliance workflows.
• Communication: Strong ability to interface with HR and Finance leadership to
translate business needs into technical system design.
