  • Integrations & Data: Maintain strong hands-on capability in creating, launching, and troubleshooting Inbound/Outbound EIBs, web services, and Core HCM foundational structures.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases. Conduct rigorous manual and regression testing for client deployments and bi-annual Workday Feature Releases to ensure zero production downtime.

  • Client Advisory: Partner directly with HR stakeholders and global project teams to gather complex requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and proactively advise on Workday best practices.

  • Consulting Skills: Strong client-facing experience in the UK, Ireland, or global markets. Ability to confidently challenge status-quo processes and guide clients toward standard Workday functionality.

  • Innovation: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Workday features and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
