Join a high-impact global finance team responsible for converting over $7B in annual accounts receivable into cash. In this role, you’ll take ownership of withholding tax processes across regions—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility across a complex, high-volume environment. You’ll partner closely with Tax, Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Engineering teams, serving as a key escalation point and driving improvements in systems, reporting, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end withholding tax tracking and reconciliation, including accruals to expenses

  • Manage withholding taxes for APAC, Middle East and Latin America

  • Partner with Credit & Collections and AR teams to track, validate, and reconcile withholding tax certificates

  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving in line with company and audit requirements

  • Collaborate with Tax, CFS, and Engineering to configure and maintain accurate withholding tax rates in SAP (by customer and country)

  • Support audit activities related to withholding tax

  • Develop and maintain monthly reporting and forecasting, including Power BI dashboards

  • Act as a point of escalation for withholding tax issues within the broader CFS team

  • Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, and/or withholding tax operations

  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process

  • Working knowledge of global withholding tax requirements

  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles

  • Experience working with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong project management and organizational skills,

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to automation initiatives (RPA) or process optimization

  • Familiarity with Salesforce

  • Experience with AI-driven or agentic process improvements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
