We're scaling our website tracking infrastructure to match our growth speed, and we're looking for a Senior Web Tracking Engineer to help pave the way. You'll take ownership of how we capture and deliver conversion signal across our platforms, ensuring accurate, reliable data reaches Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude.
This is a hands-on role where you'll design solutions and see them through to production, working closely with our web tracking squad, product, and data platform teams to solve interesting and complex tracking challenges.
Location: EU-based, fully remote. If you're based in Lithuania, this is a direct employment role. If you're elsewhere in the EU, you'll join as a contractor, with the same benefits (paid time off, and more) as our employees.

We build and maintain the measurement systems that help the company understand what drives growth, where marketing investment works, and how customer journeys connect across products and channels.

You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Affiliates, Product Analytics, and Developers. Our role sits between business needs and technical reality: helping marketers get the signals they need to grow efficiently while building systems that remain reliable, scalable, and accurate as Hostinger grows.

Competitive salary starting from €5,500 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
