About the Role

Atera is building the next generation of AI-powered IT management, used daily by thousands of IT professionals worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior Web & Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape how Atera shows up across its digital surfaces.

In this role, you’ll contribute to Atera’s digital brand expression across the website, landing pages, campaigns, and more. You’ll work closely with other designers and cross-functional partners to translate brand strategy into digital work that’s clear, confident, and consistent.

What You’ll Do.

• Uplift and maintain Atera’s digital brand expression
• You’ll help bring the brand to life through layout, typography, imagery, motion, and interaction — ensuring digital work feels cohesive,
• intentional, and unmistakably Atera.
• Design production-ready digital experiences and support developer handoff
• You’ll design web pages, landing pages, and digital assets from concept through final delivery
• Create and evolve digital and brand assets
• You’ll design across a range of surfaces including the website, landing pages, campaigns, banners, emails, and supporting digital materials, adapting brand principles to different needs and formats.
• Work within and help maintain digital and brand systems
• You’ll use existing design and brand systems, contribute improvements when needed, and help maintain consistency across teams and touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional partners

You’ll work with Brand, Marketing, Content, Product, and Development to understand goals, align on direction, and translate ideas into strong visual solutions.

Requirements

About You

• 3+ years of experience designing web and digital products, with a solid understanding of UI/UX best practices (responsive design, usability, accessibility) and a portfolio that shows shipped work — not just concepts.
• Strong visual craft and brand sensibility, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, layout, and detail, and the ability to apply brand consistently across digital surfaces.
• Experience delivering production-ready design, including clear developer handoff, with strong fluency in Figma and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Tech-savvy and AI-curious, comfortable collaborating with developers, designing within real constraints, and using AI tools to explore ideas, speed up workflows, and improve output

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Web Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or an equivalent field.
• UX/UI certification preferred.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates your best design work
