The Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace not only for our buyers but also for our sellers and creators. We continually work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Operate web application firewall to ensure the stability of online business systems.
- Collaborate with the security solution team to respond effectively to cybersecurity incidents.
- Regularly evaluate the performance and utilization of network and web security tools to ensure optimal effectiveness and validation.
- Develop and present metrics for network security coverage and create actionable remediation plans.
- Establish procedures to validate the design, deployment, and management of security controls to uphold confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Deploy and manage Global E-Commerce security infrastructure, including firewalls, DDoS mitigation systems, IPS/IDS systems and egress filtering.
- Ensure the high availability and security of Global E-Commerce systems, adhering to SLA commitments and participating in emergency response as required.
