Culmen International is seeking a Senior Weapons Systems Analyst (Nuclear Enterprise Defense) to support the SIA3 WAEDS task order. This position provides critical analytic support to U.S. National, Defense, and Acquisition Communities by assessing current and emerging foreign weapon systems, both lethal and non-lethal, with a focus on impacts to U.S. and Coalition forces worldwide.
In this role, you will analyze foreign weapon system capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpiles, deployment, and proliferation trends. You will monitor and assess future developments in adversary weapon systems and produce high-quality analytic products that inform senior decision-makers across the national security enterprise. This role requires adherence to Intelligence Community tradecraft standards and the ability to clearly communicate complex assessments.
Minimum of eight (8) years of intelligence analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated experience authoring analytic products in accordance with ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required (due to current security processing timelines)
Prior experience supporting DIA or other Intelligence Community missions
Background in weapons systems and/or nuclear enterprise analysis
