Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer (Level 5) to join the Air Dominance team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO.
As a key technical leader within our engineering organization, you will report directly to the Program Chief Architect. This role is pivotal in ensuring that complex, multi-domain capabilities are synchronized into a cohesive, high-performance weapon system. You will serve as a bridge between high-level architectural intent and technical execution. Your mission is to maintain the integrity of the weapon system through rigorous technical performance management and collaborative integration across the program’s Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). You will act as an agent of influence, guiding cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration hurdles and ensuring the program remains aligned with mission-critical performance requirements.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; depending on business needs.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
This position requires ability to obtain Special Program Access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $164,900 – $223,100
