The Wealth Advisor will work with our MENAT (Middle East North Africa Turkey) banking team based in Geneva, working together with our Bankers, Investors, Lending Advisors, and the Global Wealth Advisors teams to fulfil our clients’ complex, long-term needs.
We are looking for a talented candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and strong knowledge and/or experience in the private client legal and tax space, that allow him/her for a complete autonomy in front of the clients and their advisors. The technical skills needed include expertise in how UHNW individuals hold, protect, structure and transfer their wealth, based on their goals. This includes strategies for family wealth and family business, such as succession planning, preparing for liquidity events, family strategy, etc.
Whilst J.P. Morgan does not provide tax or legal advice, Wealth Advisors play an important role as sounding boards for our clients and prospects, providing information and guidance regarding succession planning needs, help them develop their family wealth and governance strategies, and to facilitate the structuring of the ownership of their assets in order to help families achieve the purpose for their wealth.
Core MENAT markets for this role include prosects and clients from the Middle East and Turkey to be served out of JPM Swiss (primary) and London, and partner with other MENAT Wealth Advisors on the team.
In addition to meeting clients and prospects, Wealth Advisors are instrumental in developing content and narrative for the entire J.P. Morgan advisor team to leverage.
