Succession Planning – Greater Philadelphia

Fast growing and dynamic national wealth management firm with 7B+ AUM seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor to join an established $300M+ practice in the Greater Philadelphia region. The advisor will work closely with the founder to transition significant client relationships as part of a thoughtful, long-term succession plan.

• Join an established $300M+ practice serving high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele, including several multigenerational family relationships
• Work alongside the founder and gradually assume responsibility for significant client relationships through a deliberate succession process
• Access extensive planning capabilities inclusive of in-house tax planning and compliance, estate planning, financial planning, and investment resources to provide best-in-class service
• Help expand the practice throughout the Greater Philadelphia market through existing relationships, local centers of influence, referrals, and community involvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of wealth management experience managing relationships
• Technical knowledge and experience across financial planning, tax and estate planning, trusts, and multigenerational wealth management
