Wealth Advisor / Future Equity Partner

Location: Orange County, CA (Preferred) | Los Angeles | San Diego | Las Vegas

We are partnering with a rapidly growing independent Registered Investment Advisor managing approximately $600 million in assets under management. We are seeking experienced Wealth Advisors who have built meaningful client relationships and are looking for a better platform to grow.

This is not a traditional advisor role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing book of client relationships
  • Deliver comprehensive wealth management and financial planning advice
  • Develop and deepen referral relationships with centers of influence
  • Collaborate with investment and planning professionals
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to advisor development
  • Help shape the future direction of the organization through leadership and ideas

Ideal Candidate

Experience

  • 7+ years of wealth management experience
  • Existing client relationships and portable book of business
  • CFP designation preferred
  • RIA, private wealth, family office, or independent advisory background preferred

Preferred Book Characteristics

  • $50 million to $150 million+ AUM
  • High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client base
  • Planning-oriented practice
  • Fee-based or fee-only business model
