THE OPPORTUNITY

The firm is expanding into KwaZulu-Natal and needs a Senior Wealth Advisor to anchor the region

On appointment, the successful candidate will be seeded a substantial client book transferred from retiring advisors - long-standing relationships built on trust and accustomed to a high standard of care. Further books are expected to follow as the practice grows.

The role carries meaningful participation in regional growth upside, with the package structured so that earning potential sits largely in the advisor's own hands

For the principal of an established KZN advisory practice - a merger is also on the table.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• CFP® designation - preferred

• 8+ years as a senior wealth advisor with an established client track record

• Breadth across investments, retirement, risk, estate planning, and offshore

• Leadership capability - comfortable anchoring and building a regional office

• An advice-led philosophy grounded in genuine client care

• Conviction in the value of true independence

• KZN-based, or open to relocating from Johannesburg or Cape Town
