What does a Senior Water Mitigation Specialist with Paul Davis do?

• Serve others within your community in their time of need

It is challenging to make customers happy when faced with a traumatic event but you will love being apart of our mitigation team if you take pride in your work and have fun while working with others.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Valid driver's license
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 50 LBS or more
• Water Mitigation experience or supervisor experience a plus

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications. Working with team members to ensure completion high quality workmanship and customer service excellence.

This is an hourly position plus bonus. Wage based on experience.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
