A leading
manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a seasoned Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse
and logistics operations across multiple sites in Thailand. This is a strategic
leadership role for someone passionate about driving operational efficiency,
team development, and modernizing warehouse processes using the latest technologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage
  end-to-end warehouse operations:
• Warehousing & Distribution Drive
  excellence in inventory, storage, receiving, kitting, and shipping
• Operational Improvement: Identify gaps,
  improve processes, and adopt advanced technologies
• Team Leadership: Set objectives, manage
  performance, and support career development
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure health and
  safety standards are consistently met
• You'll collaborate
  with cross-functional teams while managing space planning, budgeting, and
  long-term capacity forecasting.

What We're Looking
For

• 10+ years of experience in
  warehouse/distribution management
• At least 5 years in a leadership
  role within
  supply chain or logistics
• Strong knowledge of modern
  warehousing technologies, statistical analysis, and project management
• Excellent leadership,
  communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable operating across multiple
  sites and managing large teams
• Good command of English
