Job Description

Job Mission:

  • Achieve highest output in all F&BP in-store VM & animation.
  • Maintain VM consistency and excellence in line with Chanel's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

In-store VM

  • Ensure all campaign activities are executed on time with attention to details.
  • Ensure consistent in-store VM by implement VM standard maintaining alignment with global VM strategies.
  • Based on the marketing calendar, and in close communication with MKT & Retail, make and distribute VM guidelines to stores.
  • In close cooperation with Store Planning, propose VM plans for store openings that fits the store's concept and manage it to be fully installed in the store.
  • Conduct regular floor plan reviews, actively offering guidelines that contribute to sales improvements and enhance client journey.
  • During the KEM (key emotional moment) season, fully implement gifting-emphasized animation through store dress-up and activate the wrapping service.
  • Communicate continuously with Regional VM to ensure designs are adapted effectively for the local context.
  • Conduct quality check to ensure that local vendors accurately execute VM & technical guidelines.
  • Visit stores regularly to train employees, implement VM standards, and provide guidance to comply with VM guidelines.

Forecasting & Inventory management

  • Responsible for overall FBP VM Forecast and stock management via close communication with MKT & Regional forecasting team.
  • With the accuracy of VM forecasting, maintain proper inventory and release it at the right time to avoid burdening slow-moving items.
  • Organize and maintain an updated inventory of in-store VM materials to ensure timely ordering based on VM execution plans and store inventory.
  • Periodically inspect all VM materials in the store for good condition and handle repairs or replacements as necessary

Budget Control

  • Manage spending within the budget allocated for VM updates and VM material allocation and report progress to the manager as appropriate.

BA Training

  • Update BA training content, distribute it to stores, and conduct regular training for Bas.

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Over university degree related to design major
  • Architecture, Interior and Graphic design major preferred.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 7~10 years of experience in design & cosmetic industry

Required Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Advanced knowledge of Graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of Architecture tools (Sketchup, AutoCAD)
  • Fluent in Korean & English
  • Good verbal and written key point communication skill
