We are looking for a talented Visualization Designer with a strong background in VR/XR device deployment and automotive design review processes. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of automotive design by creating highly detailed visual assets that drive innovation and support our design team’s creative vision.
1. Lead the creation of immersive visualizations to effectively communicate product concepts and ideas to stakeholders；
2. Cooperate closely with the design team to ensure visualizations align with product concepts and design goals；
3. Aim to deliver high-quality visual assets, including images, videos, and real-time interactions, that meet project deadlines；
4. Responsible for participating in design reviews, gathering feedback, and refining visualizations as needed.

Education/Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above, Automotive Design, Industry Design, Game Development, Computer Science, Computer Animation, or related fields.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in visualization design, VR/XR development or game development.
Knowledge
1. Utilize VR/XR devices to deploy visualizations that support the design process and be able to create interactive features as needed.
2. Apply your expertise in CG design to create highly detailed visual products, including images, videos, and real-time interactions.
3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that visualizations are aligned with product concepts and ideas.
4. Participate in design reviews to gather feedback on visualizations and make necessary adjustments.
5. Ensuring that all visualizations meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, VRED or other similar DCC software.
2. Solid knowledge of CGI workflows and asset optimization techniques.
3. Strong background in AR/VR development.
4. Strong understanding of the CG design process and the ability to create high-quality visual products.
5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. A passion for design, a strong aesthetic sense, and a solid artistic background.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge of Python or familiarity with other scripting languages is a plus.
2. Knowledge of Houdini and USD is a plus.
3. Previous experience in large scale VFX shot work is a plus.
4. Previous experience in game development is a plus.
