The Impact You Will Have:
Servingas the central coordination point for transformationandpartnering with senior leaders and cross functional teams, you willalign initiatives with strategy, capacity,technologyand decision timelines.In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner withbusiness process owners, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with enterprise priorities.The mandate is to create a single transformation engine that chooses what matters most, sequences it intelligently, and sustains adoption to deliver measurablevalue atscale
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement a robust operating model, providinga structured framework for coordinating cross functional initiativesthatemphasizestheadvancementof technology
Lead the design,operation of, and own the continuous evolution ofthe enterprise delivery and enablement model, ensuring initiatives are evaluated, governed, sequenced, and supported consistently across thegrowing and scalingorganization
Define andmaintainstandard governance practices and delivery artifacts to ensure initiatives are executed with discipline, transparency, and consistency
Establish and lead communication plans and teams to drive properdecisionmaking,escalation paths, accountability, timeliness, and resolution
Manage the intake and prioritization process across programs, including oversight of inventory,and projects,establishstandardized enterprise scoring criteria, value, risk, capacity, compliance, andoperatea clear approval workflow
Operate the enterprise initiative portfolio, providing visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, capacity, and sequencing
Establish enterprise standards and governance for initiative delivery and change enablement, accountable for consistent adoption planning, execution, and readiness across initiatives
Establish, deploy, and enforcestandardized project management practices to ensure efficient tracking of benefits, dependencies, and progress
Communicate, train, and embed new Enterprise Transformation processes across functions, ensuring alignment to governance expectations
Establish clear adoption readiness criteria and ensure initiatives meet readiness thresholds prior to major milestones and go live
Lead the enterprise changemanagement andenablement capability through management of a team of Change Partners, ensuring initiatives have clear adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness plans
Deploy transformation dashboards to track progress, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and value realization in a centralized,single sourceof truth
Establish and run enterprise level operating and executive review cadences that surface progress, risks, dependencies, and adoption readiness for leadership decision making
Launch monthly operational reviews and quarterly executive reviews with standard agendas and escalation paths
Ability to travel on average 25% of the time, building in-person connections and developing strong relationships with stakeholders
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field, orpreviousequivalent experience
Fifteen or more yearsof experience leading enterprise level delivery, transformation, or enablement efforts across multiple business functions
Sevenor moreyears of people leadership experience building and developing high performing teams
Experience operating portfolio-level intake, prioritization, and governance processes
Experienceoperatingwith a strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders without direct authority
TheSkillstoGet You There:
Experience in the real estate development industry is preferred, particularly within large scale, capital intensive, ormulti-marketenvironments
Proven leadership in enterprise change enablement and driving adoption of cross functional initiatives
Comfortoperatingin ambiguity withdemonstratedability to build structure, frameworks, and operating models from scratch, reflecting that Enterprise Transformation is a new capability
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise delivery or operating models
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to successful completion
