About the Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  • Interacting with senior management and peers in other Citco Offices, you will oversee and manage operational relationships for large international Real Assets industry clients.
  • Demonstrating technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients as well as to staff.
  • Facilitating new business installations, managing all phases ensuring timely & accurate completion.
  • Centralizing control of client service delivery and proactively and reactively build team infrastructure and skills to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Constantly reviewing client utilization of deliverables, eliminating unnecessary service where appropriate in order to enhance servicing levels.
  • Enhancing current service levels; managing various operational aspects in order to deliver beyond client expectations.
  • Developing & implementing best practice on all processes; eliminate non-value-added tasks.
  • Monitoring internal service delivery levels against established standards (contractual Service Level Agreements).
  • Ensuring all control procedures & reporting requirements are met, assessing & monitoring the operational risks.
  • Developing, training, coaching & succession planning of designated staff as well as providing support to the managers.
  • Participating in various organizational strategic initiatives and projects globally.
  • Providing staff management support to the managers, assisting them to effectively deal with staff issues.
  • Creating a high-performance environment that motivates, rewards & supports staff.
  • Keeping people focused on critical goals & deadlines through frequent & consistent communication.
  • Promoting & support changing initiatives within the business.
  • Actively contributing to corporate initiatives.
  • Participating in projects that will enhance the delivery of service to our clients, as well as offering opportunities for staff & self-development.
  • Participating in various organizational strategic initiatives and projects globally.

About You:

  • 7+ years of Accounting or Audit experience.
  • Experience in client Relationship Management.
  • Good skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting.
  • Highly successful in delivering process/technology reengineering initiatives in businesses.
  • Knowledge of IFRS; ACCA or CFA certification is an advantage.
  • International experience.
  • Real Assets knowledge that would be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Quality and Risk Management skills.
  • Operational decision-making experience.

Salary Ranges

5300 - 8000 EUR GROSS
