HIRING POSITION: Senior Vice President - Operation Process improvement (WCN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic leadership to optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
• Provide strategic direction and executive leadership for all aspects of operations with a specific focus on WCM principles.
• Develop WCM strategies & lead the implementation of the WCM program in the organization to drive plant performance to meet business goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Provide training, coaching, and support of WCM methodologies (include Problem Solving tools) to drive the improvement activities
• Lead Focused Improvement pillar and engage the employees to involve in continuous improvement activities ,and Cost saving
• Ensure operational compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations and implementing WCM principles.
• In-depth knowledge of World Class Manufacturing methodologies and best practices.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
