The Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle is a key executive leader responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for revenue cycle operations across BrightSpring Health Services. This role drives enterprise-wide performance, innovation, and transformation initiatives that optimize financial outcomes, enhance the client and patient financial experience, and foster an engaging, high-performing culture for team members.
Reporting as a senior leader within the organization, the SVP provides strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of the revenue cycle, including revenue recognition, billing operations, reimbursement, collections, denials management, and appeals. The position is accountable for ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable processes that maximize reimbursement while supporting the long-term business objectives of BrightSpring Health's provider services.
The SVP leads a large, cross-functional organization and partners closely with Contracting, Field Operations, Credentialing, Cash Control, Accounting, and other corporate functions to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This leader is responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, leveraging technology and analytics to improve performance, and championing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, and accelerate cash flow.
Success in this role requires a strategic, transformational leader who can balance long-term vision with operational execution, influence across a complex enterprise, and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The SVP will play a critical role in advancing BrightSpring Health's growth strategy and ensuring best-in-class revenue cycle performance across all provider settings.
