We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations Strategic Execution & Business Management to join our team. This role is in New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive unprecedented and complex analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations teams and regions by leading high‑impact initiatives that support operational priorities, strategies, and performance outcomes
- Serve as the senior accountable owner for complex, cross‑functional initiatives of strategic importance, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and measurable results
- Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into clear, executive‑level insights and narratives to support leadership decision‑making and operating reviews, including internal business and client meetings
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders by translating operational priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines
- Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives, providing direction, challenge, and oversight to ensure disciplined and timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Global Operations leadership team to align business management, reporting, and execution with operating, financial, and strategic objectives
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making across Global Operations by delivering high‑quality management insights that support business results and long‑term strategic goals
- Provide forward‑looking insights on client trends through analysis of historical data and emerging patterns to support client review discussions
- Maximise team and operations staff effectiveness by fostering strong individual contributions and cohesive team performance in support of enterprise goals
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA/CFA preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Consulting/Strategy and Business Management; 5+ years in senior management
- Experience in Global Operations Business management
- Strong leadership experience required
- Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise operational efficiencies
