The Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer (SVP CNO) of Lahey Clinic position offers an exceptional opportunity for a progressive healthcare executive committed to delivering the highest quality healthcare. The SVP CNO will ensure that Lahey Clinic functions at the highest levels including delivering safe, high-quality coordinated care, efficient management of resources, smooth and efficient administrative services, and implementation of strategic and operational plans for Lahey Clinic while also serving in leadership with the Jean Cunningham Department of Nursing.
The SVP CNO will be responsible for the executive leadership and fiscal health of Lahey Clinic and leading the organization during a challenging period in healthcare and a pivotal moment for the organization. Joining as Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) launches its 10-year strategic plan, the SVP CNO will execute Lahey Clinic's plan.
The SVP CNO will work collaboratively with system-wide leadership and other BILH hospital and business unit CNO’s to advance goals to strengthen its mission of becoming a fully integrated system of patient care, education, research, and community service. This individual will identify new sites of service and strategic partnerships that extend into the community, ensuring a robust health system distinguished by offering outstanding patient care programs and strong financial performance.
The SVP CNO will be a strong operational leader with sound fiscal management experience who will continue Lahey Clinic's lengthy culture of service and collaborative care. The SVP CNO will be a visible and enthusiastic leader within the organization and a vital partner in supporting philanthropy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Responsible for review and approval of Lahey Clinics’ operating and capital budgets prior to their submission to Finance Committee of the Board.

$350,000.00 USD - $425,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for additional compensation, which may include performance-based incentive bonuses.
