About the Team
The Branch Head (HYD) – Health & Benefits will lead the H&B business for the branch with full accountability for P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth, client retention, and portfolio expansion.
This role combines strong business development capabilities with deep consultative expertise, positioning WTW as a trusted advisor to clients. The role holder will be responsible for growing the client portfolio through new client acquisition, expanding existing relationships via cross-line and advisory-led solutions, and building a high-performing, client-centric team aligned to WTW’s values and delivery standards.

Qualifications and Experience
MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
12–18 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, insurance broking, or advisory roles.
Proven track record in P&L ownership, business development, and strategic client leadership.
Strong consultative selling experience with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams within a matrixed organization.
Deep expertise in Health & Benefits, including underwriting, program design, and market dynamics.
Strong alignment with WTW’s advisory, analytics-driven, and client-first approach.
