The Multimarket Business Group consists of all of Marvell's business with strategic OEM customers, including key server vendors, networking equipment vendors, telecom equipment, hard drives and solid state drives, consumer electronics, and Marvell's long tail distribution business.

This is a critical P&L leadership role responsible for Marvell's broad portfolio spanning Enterprise Networking, Carrier Infrastructure, and Storage. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, finance, and operations to drive growth, operational excellence, and market-leading innovation.

• How is this technology used in the world that most people would recognize?

What You Can Expect

Strategy & Business Leadership

  • Define and execute a comprehensive multi-year business strategy for the Multimarket Business Group, encompassing Enterprise, Carrier, and Storage.
  • Own full P&L accountability for the MBG, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share leadership across all product segments.

  • Drive alignment between engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure world-class product development and timely time-to-market execution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, ensuring Marvell's solutions continue to set industry benchmarks.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners across all vertical markets served by the MBG.
  • Serve as the executive face of Marvell's Multimarket portfolio with major industry stakeholders and standards bodies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that differentiate Marvell's solutions and deliver measurable customer value.

Team & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of product managers, engineers, and business development professionals.
  • Attract and retain top talent; cultivate an inclusive, collaborative team culture consistent with Marvell's values.
  • Set clear organizational goals, establish accountability, and drive a performance-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep domain expertise across two or more of the following markets: Enterprise networking, Carrier/Telecom infrastructure, or Data Storage.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and margin improvement across complex, multi-product portfolios in a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong technical foundation in semiconductor solutions; ability to credibly engage with engineering teams and customers at a system architecture level.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to represent Marvell externally and influence senior customer and partner relationships.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams across engineering, product management, and business development functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience at a leading fabless semiconductor company with demonstrated knowledge of the fabless business model.
  • Track record of successfully integrating acquired businesses or managing portfolio rationalization initiatives.
