As a Senior Venture Architect, you will play a key role in managing project goals, guiding and mentoring a small team of Venture Analysts and Architects to deliver high-quality result, identifying opportunities for follow-on projects, and contributing to sales and business development efforts.

What you will be doing

• Take ownership of projects or specific workstreams, ensuring their successful delivery.
• Act as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
• Proactively manage project goals and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on projects and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
• Actively support sales activities, including engaging in sparring sessions with Partners to generate new business opportunities.

What you need to be successful in the role

• 5+ years of experience in venture development, innovation, or strategy consulting, with a demonstrated ability to create and execute impactful strategies.
• Experience as a project lead, with responsibility for the quality and coordination of workstreams.
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Broad expertise in innovation and venture development, with in-depth knowledge of 1–2 focus industries or topics that enable meaningful discussions with clients.
• Fluency in German and English

‍We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 42.979,72. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
