As Senior Vendor Performance Specialist, you will lead the management of supplier performance across a portfolio of important digital service contracts. You’ll work at the centre of vendor relationships, ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed service levels, contractual commitments, cost expectations, and business needs. You’ll be an experienced vendor or supplier management professional who is confident working across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions. You’ll be comfortable navigating complexity, influencing a wide range of stakeholders, and using data and insight to improve performance.
