We are seeking a Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to lead the European vehicle dynamics development for our global vehicle programs.
This role serves as the technical interface between our headquarters and European engineering teams, covering the full development lifecycle — from benchmarking and target setting to tuning, validation, and production support.

What You’ll Do
1. Act as the lead interface for European vehicle dynamics development, covering competitor benchmarking, performance target definition, DNA tuning, market insights, and brand activity support
2. Participate in chassis subsystem development, tuning, calibration, and validation (wheels, suspension, steering, etc.); lead resolution of performance, quality, and aftermarket issues
3. Contribute to technical standards and development processes within vehicle dynamics; support team capability building and project coordination
4. Engage in global chassis technology system development, team development, and process optimization
5. Facilitate technical exchanges with suppliers; define technical requirements and support sourcing activitiesQualifications1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
2. 10+ years of vehicle dynamics development experience, with at least 8 years in European or North American OEM environments
3. Proven track record of leading at least 2-3 full vehicle development and tuning programs
4. Solid knowledge of multi-body dynamics; formal training in subjective vehicle dynamics evaluation
5. Proficiency with chassis system calibration tools
6. Deep understanding of chassis subsystems and components (principles, development, design)
7.Strong cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
8.Must be legally authorized to work in the EU; based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany
