JLL Value & Risk Advisory is JLL's global team of specialists providing actionable insights, valuation, and risk management services for commercial real estate, combining data-driven analysis with local market expertise. The group was formerly the Valuation Advisory team and now focuses on delivering data-driven solutions to stay ahead in the market.

• Global Reach: The team operates globally, serving clients in key markets across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
• Specialized Services: Our services include property valuation, asset management and optimization, sustainability & risk advisory services.

In essence, JLL Value & Risk Advisory offers sophisticated, data-informed consultancy and valuation services to help clients navigate the complex commercial real estate landscape.

Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking RICS valuations by applying methodologies such as DCF, Direct Capitalization, Sales Comparison or Residual Method, across Spain.
• Conducting strategic advisory assignments including feasibility studies and Due Diligences.
• Critical analysis of data and market research investigations.
• Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables.
• Undertaking site inspections, drivers’ license required.
• Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities
• Working on Cross-border valuation assignments with colleagues in EMEA.

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a real estate sector with specific experience in valuations. Experience in other fields such as Audit, Consultancy or Banking can also be accepted.
• Sound understanding of DCF methodology and Term and Reversion
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish, a third language is appreciated
• Proactive attitude and fast learner
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Collegial and team oriented
• Expert in MS Office products (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Willing to travel and drive throughout Spain
• Industrial & Logistics experience is preferred
