1. Responsible for the overall operation and administration of Appl Program

2. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely

3. Plan and organize to meet customer requirement / satisfaction continually.

4. Ensure all reports / data are submitted timely and accurately.

5.General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard.

6. Arrange the movement of staff in each activity, if required

7. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy in the Hub.

8. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

9. Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Apple Asia Distribution Centre.
• Manage and ensure adequate supply of packaging materials required for operations.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain general housekeeping, safety standards, and warehouse equipment in line with performance and compliance requirements.
• Ensure on-time order fulfilment and deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate with Airfreight partners on outbound shipment status and schedules.
• Ensure all reports and operational data are submitted accurately and on time.
• Arrange and deploy staff movement across activities as operational needs require.
• Enforce strict compliance with warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy within the hub.
• Achieve 100% KPI performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior
