  • Present and defend design decisions with strong rationale to project teams and leadership

  • Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities or constraints

  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and consistency across the Milwaukee Tool ecosystem

  • Ensure UX solutions perform effectively in real-world jobsite conditions (e.g., visibility, durability, ease of use with gloves, environmental factors)

  • Stay current on emerging UX methodologies, tools, and industry best practices

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or related discipline

  • 6–10+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably spanning physical and digital product experiences

  • Deep understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software integration constraints

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills
