• Use Figma to build complex, scalable design systems, interactive prototypes, and production-ready components that set the quality bar for the entire product.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, A/B tests, and usability studies to uncover deep insights and translate them into compelling, user-centered design solutions.
• Evolve and maintain our design system, creating reusable components and clear guidelines in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all product teams.
• Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ensure a high-fidelity implementation of your designs.

Qualifications

• UI/UX design experience for digital products or complex web applications.
• Experience with Figma.
• A Portfolio that showcases your process—including user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes—and clearly explains the "why" behind your design decisions.
• Experience in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Ability to articulate design rationale with confidence, present work to stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer for more advanced motion design.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• A background in designing for B2B, SaaS, or data-intensive platforms.
