We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Specialist who will chip in to shaping product development and crafting significant digital experiences for Siemens. This role involves working on innovative B2B digital products and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

You’d describe yourself as:

• Lead and implement UX projects across Siemens' digital products and related web applications, including energy and sustainability applications, tools, and related interfaces. Focus on delivering scalable, user-friendly experiences for smart infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user research into actionable, innovative design solutions, always open to feedback and sharing insights.
• Conceptualize, design and prototype user-centered interface experiences, focusing on smart buildings/infrastructures and industrial ground-breaking projects. Present design insights to internal teams and partners, while advocating for consistent design practices.
• Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and embed a culture of UX evangelisation to drive UX insights and strategies internally.
• Drive UX innovation and transformation by integrating standard methodologies into customer projects, sharing expertise across Siemens, and promoting user-centric approaches.
• Be an integral part of the BuildingX UX team working in close collaboration with peers based across the globe to ensure alignment and shared success across locations.

You’ll create impact by:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction/UX Design, with at least 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience. Leadership experience and/or B2B/industrial background is a plus.
• Expected to actively participate in onboarding rituals, knowledge-sharing sessions, and UX maturity initiatives.
• Strong UI portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, the ability to conceptualize interaction flows, invent effective prototypes, and employ design system expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and experience with design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
• Proactive problem solver, demonstrating the ability to introduce novel methodologies and tools, explore innovative solutions, and step outside of their comfort zone.
• Continuous learner with a strong desire to acquire new knowledge, skills, and methodologies. Approaches complex topics with curiosity and motivation to explore unfamiliar challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player who encourages open communication, mutual respect, and knowledge sharing across diverse teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for new technologies and a drive to continuously improve design outcomes. Proficiency in English.
