We are currently looking for an UX/UI Designer that could be able to take the responsibility for envisioning and shaping first-class, innovative digital touchpoints, andbringingnew ideasto life andenthrallourclients with unique digital experiences.

Being the connecting piece between business goals, user needs, and technicalimplementation,you collaborate deeply with CX strategists,otherdesigners, and developers, always acting as advocates for users’ needs throughout the entire process.

What do we expect:

You are a proven, multi-skilled, flexible, and experienced Senior UX/UI Designerwith a strong portfolio thatdemonstratesyourexpertiseacross the full design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate experience working collaboratively to align the needs of our clients with those of their end users, frominitialconcept through to final delivery
  • Have experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams, designing end-to-end digital customer experiences (e.g.commerce, brand, and service experiences)
  • Be comfortable designing short-term experiments and learning prototypes, as well as scaling concepts into robust, long-term solutions
  • Translate visions and ideas into ambitious design concepts, from wireframes to high-fidelity user interfaces

Collaboration & Craft

  • Collaborate closely with other UX/UI designers to brainstorm concepts, sketch ideas, and create low- and high-fidelity prototypesto shape user-centered design solutions, that can be rapidly tested with users
  • Design accessible, intuitive, consistent, and delightful digital experiences, with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
  • Work with designers and developers to create responsive layouts, including interactive states, motion, and animation
  • Contribute to and work within design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products

Qualifications

You bring passion for digital creation and deepexpertisein:

  • Human-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability
  • A completed university degree in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experiencedesigning complex digital products and applications, preferably in an agency or product-driven environment
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes
  • Excellent knowledge of core UX principles and methodologies (usability, accessibility, inclusive design, etc.)
  • Practical experience with Design Thinkingfundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, and other prototyping and collaboration tools
  • Experiencefacilitatingworkshops, conducting benchmarking, usability testing, walkthroughs, and end-to-end UX processes
  • Strong understanding of UI design principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices
  • Experience applying user-centered and inclusive design principles
  • Hands-on experience building,maintaining, and contributing to design systems
  • Experience across B2B, B2C, and e-commerceprojects
  • Solid technical understanding of modern web technologies
  • Experience working closely with development teamsin Agile environments
  • Ability toleverageAI toolsto support and enhance daily design workflows
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Pleasesubmita strong portfolioincluding detailed case studies of projects you have worked on. We are especially interested in seeing:
  • Your design and problem-solving process
  • Product vision and strategy
  • Research insights and customer journeys
  • UX methodologies and workshop facilitation
  • Wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
  • Team setup and collaboration approach
  • Project duration, challenges, and outcomes
