The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designers to lead and deliver exceptional design solutions for large-scale projects. You will work closely with our customers, product teams, engineers, and fellow designers to craft engaging, user-centered experiences that align with business goals. You will be also involved in defining the design, structure, and functions of the user interface.

We focus on delivering impactful, user-focused digital solutions. Our multidisciplinary team works with global clients, combining expertise in UX/UI design, user research, accessibility and strategy to create impactful and innovative user experiences.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery and concept development to delivery and iteration, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards
• Lead user-centered design (UCD) initiatives to ensure design decisions are driven by deep insights into user needs, behaviours, and motivations
• Conduct, synthesise, and act on UX research, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design strategy and decision-making
• Design and oversee the creation of complex design systems, advanced user flows, and scalable interactive components, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experiences
• Develop and validate ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing, refining designs based on feedback and insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to align design outputs with strategic goals
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity in every aspect of design, exceeding compliance standards and delivering experiences that resonate with all users
• Present design concepts and research findings to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and the development of scalable design systems
• Experience conducting and applying UX research, with a proven ability to synthesise findings into actionable design improvements
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with agile methodologies
• A strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines and advocate for user needs
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design challenges and drive innovative solutions
• A portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, highlighting the integration of research insights into the design process
• Strategic leadership: Ability to define and deliver design strategies that align with business objectives and create measurable impact
• Innovation-driven: Demonstrated ability to push the boundaries of design, introducing new methodologies and tools to enhance outcomes
• Cross-functional collaboration: Proven experience partnering with product managers, developers, and other teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Mentorship: Commitment to guiding and supporting other designers, contributing to a culture of design excellence and continuous growth

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Service design – ability to approach UX with a holistic, end-to-end mindset.
• Behavioral design – understanding psychological principles that drive user actions.
• Prototyping – ability to quickly iterate and test concepts with users.
• Android design expertise – knowledge of Android platform-specific design guidelines and best practices.
