
We are currently looking for a UX Writer / Content Designer to join an international product organization for an exciting temporary consultancy assignment covering an parental leave for 3-6 months.
You will work as part of cross-functional, agile teams to design the app experience for connected products such as robot vacuums, air purifiers and air conditioners. You will primarily support the Wellbeing product area, while occasionally contributing to smaller parts of the Core experience, including Account, Onboarding and Voice.
Your work will directly shape how users interact with connected products in their everyday lives. The role involves close collaboration with designers, product managers, researchers and engineers to create clear, intuitive and consistent product experiences.

In this role, you will design clear and consistent content experiences across the app, helping users understand and interact with connected products in an intuitive way. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall customer journey, from in-product experiences to broader touchpoints across the organization.
Your work will include managing content and translations, collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers and engineers, and contributing to the evolution of the design system and UX writing guidelines.
Designing content experiences such as information architecture, UI microcopy, instructional content, naming conventions and other elements of the end-to-end user experience
Managing content and translations in Figma and the CMS, ensuring translations are delivered in time for biweekly releases
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Post-Purchase, R&D and Brand, to ensure a coherent customer journey
Working closely with design, research, product and engineering teams to solve user problems
Contributing to the design system, including the global glossary as well as UX writing guidelines and patterns
Supporting translation work if you are a native-level speaker of Swedish or another language
2+ years of experience writing content for web or mobile products
Solid understanding of UX design principles and interaction patterns
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Experience with content management systems, such as Phrase
Experience with design tools, such as Figma
An online portfolio or PDF that shows a range of your work
This is a full-time consultancy assignment (100%) based at the company’s headquarters in Stockholm, Stadshagen, with a hybrid working model applied. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs for up to three to six months.
