Job Description

Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

• Contribute to UX strategy development, collaborate with the UX Lead to refine and enhance user experience direction.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business objectives.
• Work closely with a UX Researcher to interpret research insights and apply findings to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals.
• Ensure design system consistency, contributing to and evolving design system components for scalable product design.
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and best practices throughout the design process.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of UX/UI designs.

Requirement: Applicants must have a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Communication, Engineering (any), or related fields. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
