HIRING POSITION: SENIOR UX UI

WORKING CONDITION: On-site and Hybrid with Future 4-day work week

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT Accessible)

PAY RATE: UP TO THB 100000

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the entire user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design process, from user research and information architecture to creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered products that are both functional and beautiful

Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Develop user personas and journey maps
• Define the information architecture and user flows
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible
• Present design concepts and gather feedback
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI design trends and tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a related role
• Proven experience in designing and shipping high-quality user experiences
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD)
• Experience with user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for creating user-centered products

Bonus Points

• Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with user experience (UX) writing
• Experience with a specific industry (e.g.,ed-tech, healthcare, finance)
