
The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and cross-functional business partners,you'lldefine and deliver end-to-end experiences spanning membership, rewards, personalization, and member engagement.You'lltranslate complex businessstrategyinto simple, intuitive experiences that deepen guest relationships and drive long-term loyalty.This role is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex, interconnected product challenges and designing experiences that span multiple touchpoints across the guest journey.
You’lluse tried and true design methodologies such as human centered designthinkingto understand guest needs, balance business ideas, deliver best-in-class design from concept to execution, while championing cross-functional experimentation.

Responsibilities
Participate in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing assetdeliveryand production with engineers
Lead and contribute craft-specific work to large, complex projects with cross-team impact
Leverage insights,dataandquantitative/qualitativeresearchtoidentifyand pursue user-centric outcomes withinyour product space
Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase – such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UIdesignand prototypes
Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design
Contribute toa culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
Navigate complexity and ambiguity delivering impact for guests and the business
About you:
You'rean experienced product designer with 6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale, or equivalent experience
Strong product design skills, including structuring and planning work, owning the design process, and delivering high-quality experiences from concept through execution
Proficiencyin product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma)
Demonstrated strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
You lean into complex problems, challenge the status quo, andseekto understand the ‘why’ behind human behavior and their mindsets
Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach
You value outcomes and strive toward design that is welcoming, inspiring, and clear
Youunderstandhow design connects to, serves, and improvesbusinessoutcomes

This position willoperateas a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
