Hiring Senior UX Designer - Karachi Onsite

Client Company Introduction: 

Our client company is a salesforce partner that specializes in digital solutions for clients across Private, Government and Non-Profit sectors that drive process improvement, automation, improved data integrity, and operational capability and provide better customer experience.

Looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable experiences across our web and SaaS products. This role is hands-on and strategic. You'll shape how users interact with our platform while influencing product direction through research, data, and design thinking.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design for web and SaaS products

• Translate product requirements and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions

• Define information architecture and interaction patterns

• Create high-fidelity designs that align with brand and design systems

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to improve experiences

• Contribute to and evolve design systems and UX standards

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

• Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices across teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in UX design, ideally in SaaS or digital products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and problem-solving

• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design

• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design

• Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UX research methods and tools

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel)

• Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, basic JS)

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms

• Exposure to design systems at scale

• Design consistency through systems and patterns

Work Timings: 9 am-6 pm
 Work Days: Monday- Friday
 Work Mode: Onsite
