Currently we are looking for you, an enthusiastic and multi-faceted Senior UX Designer who can confidently lead and contribute across the full design process - from discovery through to delivery - with a strong visual sense, strategic mindset and collaborative energy.

Tasks

• Ability to frame problems and identify opportunities based on user needs, business goals and data
• Experience working across the full design lifecycle: strategy, research, framing, concept development, visual design and delivery
• Experience designing user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual UIs
• Skill in translating strategy into compelling interaction models and visual narratives / storytelling
• Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions and aesthetics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional hybrid teams with product managers, UX designers, strategists, industrial designers and external software development teams
• Manage client communication as well as organizing and moderating workshops and presentations close collaboration with clients

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX, interaction or visual design
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from early research to polished execution
• Very strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, design systems, and brand expression
• A deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design and responsive design
• Strong experience with AI tools in the design process (e.g. ideation, prototyping, content generation)
• Excellent Figma skills and fluency in modern and AI design tools and processes
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1 / C2) & English and a comfort working in agile, collaborative environments
• A positive, outgoing personality: you're proactive, curious and energize those around you

Nice to have:

• Prototyping experience with Arduino, physical computing or microcontrollers
• Familiarity with AR/VR, spatial UX or immersive environments
• 3D design or motion graphics skills (e.g. Unreal, Unity, After Effects)
• Work with multi-sensory interfaces (sound, haptics, physical interactions)
• Experience in workshop facilitation and co-creation with users or stakeholders
• Motion design or advanced prototyping (e.g. Framer, Principle, ProtoPie)
• Basic coding experiences supporting the close collaboration with development.
