Mission Overview:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be engaged in a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. Your role will involve designing user-friendly interfaces and continuously improving the user experience of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the design system, ensuring components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date while supporting teams in their correct usage.
• Participate in needs analysis to understand users and their environment, determining application requirements effectively.
• Determine and plan research methods, assisting in recruiting participants to gather necessary information through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user testing.
• Propose the most suitable solutions and design low and high fidelity interfaces with a mobile-first prototyping approach.
• Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces, ensuring that the developed application meets user requirements and environmental needs.
• Ensure that the graphic design of applications adheres to accessibility standards.
• Have experience in designing, managing, and maintaining design systems, actively contributing to their evolution.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team throughout projects.
• Fluency in both French and Dutch is required.
• Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected.
