Senior Product Designer – Subscription Experiences (Post‑Enrollment)
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design and experience strategy for subscription services after customers have enrolled. This role focuses on creating a cohesive, scalable, and customer‑centric experience across a portfolio of subscription offerings.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, acting as a key design leader who connects experiences across multiple products and touchpoints. The ideal candidate balances hands‑on design leadership, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration, while ensuring alignment and consistency across the broader subscription ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Experience Strategy
- Define and drive the design vision and long‑term experience strategy for subscription experiences beyond enrollment.
- Identify opportunities to improve end‑to‑end user journeys, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and scalable interactions across all touchpoints.
- Lead efforts to simplify and unify experiences, approaching subscription capabilities as a shared platform rather than fragmented product solutions.
- Build and maintain a library of user journeys and experience patterns to enable consistency and reuse across teams.
- Leverage performance data and insights to track progress, inform decisions, and identify areas for improvement
Consistency & Design Systems
- Ensure visual, interaction, and experience consistency across products and platforms.
- Partner with design system teams to evolve and scale reusable components and patterns
- Balance design intent and technical feasibility, ensuring high‑quality execution within platform constraints.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary design partner to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Facilitate alignment across teams by identifying shared needs, dependencies, and opportunities for convergence
- Integrate technical considerations early in the design process to support efficient delivery and high‑quality outcomes
Delivery & Agile Execution
- Own and manage the design backlog, ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and provide clarity on design initiatives.
- Support the delivery of high‑quality design solutions on time, in close collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
Stakeholder Communication & Storytelling
- Communicate design strategy, rationale, and progress to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Translate complex systems into clear experience narratives, journey maps, and visual frameworks
- Act as a trusted design voice, influencing product direction and decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience leading design strategy for complex platforms or ecosystems, ideally in subscription or SaaS environments.
- Strong background in UX, Product Design, or Service Design, with demonstrated impact at scale.
- Experience working in cross‑functional Agile environments alongside Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and drive toward shared solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience integrating AI‑supported workflows into digital product design and cross‑functional collaboration
- Ability to leverage AI‑driven tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and design execution.
