Lede UX-designprosessen fra innsikt til ferdig løsning
Kartlegge brukerbehov gjennom intervjuer og arbeidsflytobservasjoner
Designe og prototype nye løsninger og forbedringer
Videreutvikle komponentbaserte designsystemer
Planlegge og gjennomføre brukertesting
Analysere funn og omsette innsikt til forbedringer
Samarbeide tett med utviklere og fagmiljøer
Sikre kvalitet og konsistens i implementerte løsninger
Utdanning innen design, interaksjonsdesign eller tilsvarende (Master foretrukket; relevant erfaring kan kompensere)
Sterk kompetanse i Figma, inkludert komponentbasert design
Forståelse for layoutprinsipper og god designpraksis
Erfaring med UX-arbeid basert på innsikt, brukerbehov og domeneforståelse i komplekse systemer
Erfaring med brukertesting (planlegging, gjennomføring og analyse)
Erfaring fra offentlig forvaltning, gjerne kulturmiljøforvaltning
Evne til å arbeide selvstendig og strukturert i iterative/agile miljøer
Gode samarbeids- og kommunikasjonsevner
