What You'll Do

  • Own design end-to-end across complex product areas. You'll work closely with product and engineering to define the problem before designing the solution.
  • Creating a product for the AI era as humans change the way they interact with softwares, less clicks, more outcome, natural language conversations.
  • Design the AI interaction layer. As we embed AI deeper into sourcing, outreach, matching, and pipeline workflows, you'll define how recruiters actually interact with it, new primitives, not chatbot wrappers.
  • Own visual quality and system coherence. Evolve our design system. Every edge state, empty state, and transition is yours to care about.
  • Design for behavior change - onboarding, activation, habit formation. Beautiful that doesn't drive adoption isn't enough.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of product design experience, with meaningful time in B2B SaaS.
  • A portfolio that shows you can handle complexity — workflows, data-dense interfaces, multi-step interactions — not just clean marketing screens.
  • Figma fluency goes without saying. But we work a notch above Figma - you should be using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, or equivalent) actively in your design and research workflow. This is non-negotiable. If you're not okay doing it, this role isn't the right fit.
  • Strong UX research instincts. You know when to test and when to ship. You can run a recruiter interview and synthesize it into a design decision in the same day.
  • Visual design sensibility — you have taste, and you sweat the details.
