Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in enterprise product design to support the delivery of large-scale digital experience initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners — including product management, engineering, and strategy teams — to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who excels in collaborative environments and is comfortable designing for complex systems, user workflows, and scalable design frameworks.

• Hours: Standard business hours
• Pay: 2M CRC/month

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elicit, interpret, and translate product and business requirements into user-centered design solutions.

• Collaborate with UX leads, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs that align with established design systems.
• Participate in concept development, ideation sessions, and design critiques to enhance product innovation.
• Produce and maintain detailed design documentation, including annotations and rationale for design decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX improvements based on user research and business goals.
• Contribute to and evolve reusable design systems, components, and interaction patterns.
• Ensure designs are feasible within front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and align with technical capabilities.
• Support Agile/Lean workflows by iterating on designs based on feedback, testing, and changing priorities.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, including trade-offs, assumptions, and user impact

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX and interaction design, preferably within enterprise applications.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create polished, high-fidelity deliverables.

• Proven experience designing clear, intuitive workflows and user interactions.
• Proficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt designs based on evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility.
• Experience working within Agile or Lean methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with mobile design and responsive user experiences.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems and reusable components.
• Familiarity with user research practices and usability testing.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.

Education
B.S. in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
