Job Description

We’re growing the UX practice at Keylane and are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can bring clarity to complexity, create intuitive end-to-end experiences, and elevate how our products serve users across the insurance and pension domains. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to design experiences that balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, while helping shape our design standards and craft maturity across teams.

Key about your role

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for shaping high-quality user experiences across Keylane’s products. You will translate complex workflows into usable solutions, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and contribute to the evolution of design quality, systems, and practices across the organization. You will be reporting to the Head of UX.

Key about your responsibilities

• UX design for key product initiatives from discovery to delivery.

• Translate research insights and product requirements into structured design solutions.

• Develop prototypes, flows, and interaction models for validation and stakeholder alignment.

• Partner with Engineering to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.

• Drive adoption and contribution to our design system for consistency and scalability.

• Support accessibility and usability improvements across product experiences.

• Mentor peers and contribute to design culture, methods, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products.

• Strong command of interaction design, usability, and design systems.

• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and navigating technical/business constraints.

• Comfortable owning end-to-end design work and managing ambiguity.

• Empathetic, curious, and passionate about improving user outcomes at scale.

• Starting with a monthly gross salary for a senior candidate between [XX] based on 40 hours per week;

• For this position, working fully remote is a possibility, we do ask you to come into the office once every 4-5 weeks;
