Responsibilities:
1. Lead user research for the short video business to help the team understand user preferences and behaviors across various markets;
2. Manage research projects from defining objectives to delivering actionable insights, including study design, execution, and reporting;
3. Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies based on in-depth understanding of user needs and business goals;
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively propose and prioritize research initiatives that align with business priorities.
